Haj Mohammad Fedaei Meets Grand Ayatollah Shirazi

On July 19, 2019, Haj Mohammad Fedaei, the host of Religious Guidelines program, which is held at Imam Hussain’s holy shrine in holy Karbala, met with the Grand Shia Jurist Ayatollah Shirazi during a visit to the Grand Jurist’s Office in holy Qom, Iran. In this meeting, Mr. Fedaei talked about the Religious Guidelines program and other similar programs at this shrine.

In his turn, the Grand Jurist said: “Your efforts to guide people to the path of AhlulBayt is very worthwhile and you will be rewarded for these works in the afterlife.”

His eminence then added:

“In the past, the number of pilgrims in Karbala was not considerable. But today, it is totally different, and your program at Imam Hussain’s shrine must be continued.” The Grand Ayatollah Shirazi then said: “This program has a long history, and it was initiated by my brother, late Grand Ayatollah Sayed Mohammad Shirazi. He intended to start a radio station in holy Karbala, but the Baathist regime didn’t allow it. Instead, he decided to install speakers around the shrine of Imam Hussain and run the program of Religious Guidelines for people.” At the end of his remarks, the Grand Jurist stated: “This world is not a place of indulging in comfort and luxuries. We all must dedicate ourselves to work for the cause of AhlulBayt and face all the hardships in this way.”
