Office of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi Celebrates Eid of Mabath

The Office of Grand Shia Jurist Ayatollah Sayed Sadiq Shirazi in holy Qom celebrated the Eid of Mabath, the anniversary of the day when the Prophet of Islam received his first revelation. This ceremony, which was held at the presence of the Grand Jurist was attended by large groups of clerics, religious scholars and Shia believers.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful (1)

All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds (2)

The Beneficent, the Merciful (3)

Master of the Day of Judgment (4)

Thee do we serve and Thee do we beseech for help (5)

Keep us on the right path (6)

The path of those upon whom Thou hast bestowed favors. Not (the path) of those upon whom Thy wrath is brought down, nor of those who go astray (7)

Chapter Al-Ikhlas.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful (1)

Say: He, Allah, is One (2)

Allah is He on Whom all depend (3)

He begets not, nor is He begotten (4)

And none is like Him (5)
