Statement by Imam Shirazi Foundation Calls on Awakening of Youths

Coinciding with the International Youth Day, Imam Shirazi Foundation published a statement that reads as follows:

“The United Nations has designated August 12 as the International Youth Day, in an effort to address the needs and rights of the younger generations. This day is celebrated every year to highlight the important role of youth in the future and in resolving the big crises in the world. Furthermore, this day is a reminder that the international community must rush to the aid of youths in their confrontation with the threats, obstacles and challenges that they face all around the world. In this regard, Imam Shirazi Foundation calls on the Muslim world leaders to adopt policies and ensure the scientific, social and economic growth of their younger generations and assist them in realizing their immense potentials.”
