Eid al-Fitr Prayers Held at Fatima Zahra Center in Switzerland

Fatima Zahra Center, dependent to Grand Ayatollah Shirazi in Zurich, in northern Switzerland hosted large groups of Shia believers, most Afghan immigrants, at the congregational prayers of the Eid al-Fitr. Sheikh Saleh Sibveih, the representative of the Grand Jurist in Canada was leading the prayers. In his speech, the Grand Jurist’s representative emphasized on unity and adherence to Islamic identity among the Shia communities. At the end of the ceremony, some presents were given to youngsters who had memorized some Surahs of Quran during holy Ramadan.
