Delegations from Annaba Institute Visit Karbala Governor

Delegations from Annaba Cultural and Media Institute, dependent to Grand Ayatollah Shirazi visited Mr. Aqeel Al-Tarihi, the governor of holy Karbala on Monday, February 4, 2019. In this meeting, preparing the grounds for cooperative works for social progressive programs were discussed.
