Public Relations Office of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi in the holy Kadhimiya district of Baghdad held a ceremony to commemorate the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Sajjad, peace be upon him. The believers, as well as cultural and religious figures, participated in this commemoration ceremony. Sheikh Mu’ayed Sudani was the main speaker in the event. In his speech Mr. Sudani mentioned some shining examples of life of Imam Sajjad, peace be upon him.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful (1)

All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds (2)

The Beneficent, the Merciful (3)

Master of the Day of Judgment (4)

Thee do we serve and Thee do we beseech for help (5)

Keep us on the right path (6)

The path of those upon whom Thou hast bestowed favors. Not (the path) of those upon whom Thy wrath is brought down, nor of those who go astray (7)

Chapter Al-Ikhlas.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful (1)

Say: He, Allah, is One (2)

Allah is He on Whom all depend (3)

He begets not, nor is He begotten (4)

And none is like Him (5)
