House of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi Holds Husseini Commemorations
The house of Grand Jurist Ayatollah Sayed Sadiq Shirazi holds the 13th and the final session of its commemorative ceremonies in the holy City of Qom in Iran to mourn the anniversary of the martyrdom of the Master of Martyrs, Imam Hussein (peace be upon him) in this year’s Muharram. These commemorative ceremonies are attended by the Grand Jurist himself, as well as many cultural and religious figures and the general public. The lecturers in these commemoration ceremonies discuss the various aspects of Imam Hussein’s outstanding uprising. It is worth noting that these ceremonies are held on a daily basis, in the two languages of Arabic and Persian.
