Activities by Delegations of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi’s Office in Dhi Qar Province

Some delegations from the Office of Grand Shia Jurist Ayatollah Shirazi in holy Najaf, under the supervision of Sayed Ata Al-Hussaini continue to meet with government officials and cultural activists, including the members of late Ayatollah Sayed Mohammad Reza Shirazi’s Society in the province of Dhi Qar.

After these meetings, these delegations visited the Archaeological School of Nasiriya City in Dhi Qar province and met with Mr. Fares, the head of this school. In this meeting, Mr. Hussaini delivered a speech at a gathering of staff members of this school. Meetings with tribal chiefs and Sheikh Waleed Al-Majedi, one of the representatives of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi, as well as visits to husayniyas in this district were other activities by these delegations.
