Om Al-Baneen Institute in Maysan Province Iraq Holds Religious Ceremony in Honor of Lady Om Al-Baneen

Om Al-Baneen Institute, in Maysan province Iraq, affiliated to the Office of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi, held a ceremony to honor the memory of Lady Om Al-Baneen (blessings of God be upon her), the wife of Prince of Believers, Imam Ali, blessings of God be upon him. This ceremony began with reciting verses from the holy Qoran, then continued with reciting the Supplication of Kumail, and also Ziarat Ashura.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful (1)

All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds (2)

The Beneficent, the Merciful (3)

Master of the Day of Judgment (4)

Thee do we serve and Thee do we beseech for help (5)

Keep us on the right path (6)

The path of those upon whom Thou hast bestowed favors. Not (the path) of those upon whom Thy wrath is brought down, nor of those who go astray (7)

Chapter Al-Ikhlas.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful (1)

Say: He, Allah, is One (2)

Allah is He on Whom all depend (3)

He begets not, nor is He begotten (4)

And none is like Him (5)
