Activities by Shia Societies Association in Iraq

The Shia Societies Association, affiliated to the Office of Grand Jurist Ayatollah Shirazi in holy Karbala conducted series of activities during the Fatemeyiah commemorations. Delegates from this association started their activities by visiting the Grand Jurist’s office in Basra, where they met with the members of this Office. Furthermore, these delegates met with the manager of AhlulBayt Cultural and Charitable Institute and members of Sadiqiya Community. Following these meetings, young religious and cultural activists also hosted the delegates of Shia Societies Association. The members of Shia Societies Association concluded their activities in the past few days, by attending some religious commemorations of Lady Fatemah Zahra (Blessings of God be upon him) at Imam Sadiq Husayniya and the Husayniya of Haji Jasem Mansouri in Basra.
