Misbah Al-Hussein Foundation Honors Top Poets at Historical Competition on 1920 Revolution

Misbah Al-Hussein Foundation for Relief and Development in holy Karbala honored the winners of historical competition, which celebrates the 100^th anniversary of the 1920 public uprising of Iraqi people against the British colonizers. Ahmed Madhi, a member of the referee committee of this competition commented on the purpose of this competition and said: “We decided to celebrate the 100^th anniversary of the 1920 revolution of Iraq, which was led by the late Mirza Mohammad Taqi Shirazi.” He then added: “The winners had great presentations and offered their works of poetry and literary texts at this competition.” This competition was streamed live on Imam Hussein TV. At the end, the winners at this competition thanked Imam Hussein Media Group and Misbah Al-Hussein Foundation for organizing this program.
