Humanitarian Projects by Office of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi in Holy Najaf

On Shawwal 10^th, the Office of Grand Shia Jurist Ayatollah Shirazi in holy Najaf ran several cultural and charitable programs in Iraq. Sheikh Salah Al-Halfi, the representative of the Grand Jurist distributed food baskets to needy and low-income households, on behalf of Misbah Al-Hossein Institute in the holy City of Karbala. In these humanitarian programs, more than 5000 food baskets were given to needy. Furthermore, an air conditioner was donated to a needy family and some cash handouts were given to low-income households. These charity works were conducted alongside the housing project of this center. In the end, Sheikh Halfi had a meeting with Haji Thabit Al-Ghazali, a renowned social and tribal figure.
