Adam Center Holds Conference in Holy Karbala, Iraq

Adam Center for Defending Rights and Freedoms held a conference in holy Karbala to discuss the topic of “resistance against suppressive regimes; a reading of Imam Hussain’s uprising.” This conference was attended by some legal experts, university professors, and media activists.

Dr. Ala’uddin Hussaini, a researcher at Adam Center and a professor of law at Karbala University was the keynote speaker of this conference. He opened his remarks by alluding to some verses of the Holy Quran and narrations in this subject; he further evaluated the opinions of famous social scientists and political experts on the subject of state and governance.
