Flag of Imam Husain Raised at the AhlulBayt University in Holy Karbala

With the arrival of the month of Muharram 1441 AH, and like the previous years the AhlulBayt University in the holy Karbala raised the flag of Imam Hussain (peace be upon him) on top of the University building. This action was accommodated in a ceremony and many university students and teachers have attended. Dr. Mohsen Qazwini, the founder of this University, made a few remarks, and emphasized on reviving the rituals of Imam Hussain (peace be upon him).

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful (1)

All praise is due to Allah, the Lord of the Worlds (2)

The Beneficent, the Merciful (3)

Master of the Day of Judgment (4)

Thee do we serve and Thee do we beseech for help (5)

Keep us on the right path (6)

The path of those upon whom Thou hast bestowed favors. Not (the path) of those upon whom Thy wrath is brought down, nor of those who go astray (7)

Chapter Al-Ikhlas.

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful (1)

Say: He, Allah, is One (2)

Allah is He on Whom all depend (3)

He begets not, nor is He begotten (4)

And none is like Him (5)
