Grand Ayatollah Shirazi Hosts Religious Activists in Holy Qom Iran

On Tuesday, August 27, 2019, a group of believers and religious scholars from Tehran and Qom, as well as Sayed Hasan Karbalaei, a famous Iraqi reciter met with the Grand Shia Jurist Ayatollah Shirazi.

At the beginning of this meeting, some eulogies in honor of Imam Hussain’s martyrdom were recited. Then the Grand Jurist Ayatollah Shirazi listened to a report of activities by these religious activists.

Then his eminence emphasized the importance of good deeds in this world and stated: “According to traditions, the dead continuously urge the living people to treasure every moment of their lives, so that they won’t have any regrets in the afterlife.”

The Grand Jurist then said:

“The traditions also state that Imam Hussain peace be upon him will be in charge in the afterlife. Certainly, he will also be in charge of all creation, including angels and sun and anything else.”

“Therefore, it is necessary for all of you to pay attention to the youths and try to guide them to the right path.”
