Fatimah Seminary Holds Free Dialogue Sessions in Kabul Afghanistan

On Thursday, August 28, 2019, the Islamic Seminary of Lady Fatimah Masoumeh in Kabul, the Capital of Afghanistan, held a free dialogue session to discuss the philosophy of mourning rituals, from the viewpoints of the Grand Jurist Ayatollah Shirazi. The event hosted Dr. Elham, the head of Lady Sakinah Seminary and Sheikh Javid, an official of Afghanistan’s Army, who each approached topics such as the nature of mourning rituals, the views of Shia religious scholars and non-Shia scholars on these rituals, as well as the way prominent scholars dealt with the rituals.
