Martyrdom Anniversary of Imam Baqir Peace Be Upon Him Around the World

The Office of Grand Ayatollah Shirazi in holy Najaf, Iraq held commemorations to mark the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Mohammad Baqir peace be upon him. The commemorations were attended by religious and scientific figures, including Ayatollah Sayed Morteza Shirazi, the son of late Grand Ayatollah Sayed Mohammad Shirazi.

The Office of Grand Jurist in holy Karbala also held memorials on this occasion, hosting groups of scholars, clerics, religious and cultural activists, and public groups of Shia believers in this City. The Public Relations Office of the Grand Jurist in holy Karbala also commemorated the martyrdom anniversary of Imam Baqir peace be upon him, hosting groups Shia believers and dignitaries.

The Grand Jurist’s Office in Beirut Lebanon, also held memorial ceremonies to honor the recent religious occasions, such as the martyrdom anniversaries of Imam Redha, Imam Jawad and Imam Baqir peace be upon them all. These ceremonies were attended by religious and scientific figures as well as public groups of Shia believers.

Imam Hasan Religious Center dependent to Grand Ayatollah Shirazi in Stockholm Sweden, also marked the martyrdom anniversaries of Imam Jawad and Imam Baqir peace be upon them. The commemorations were attended by Shia believers in Sweden.

Coinciding with the martyrdom anniversaries of Imam Baqir and Saint Moslim son of Aqeel, Rasul Adham Cultural and Charitable Institute in holy Kadhimiya District Baghdad, held commemorative ceremonies. Groups of Shia believers and clerics participated in these ceremonies.
